Millstone Cottage - Oldham

Our stay at the countryside cottage was like a dream come true! The owners were unbelievably friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The cozy and stunning cottage had everything we needed for a super-duper joyful stay. And let me tell you, the jaw-dropping scenic countryside surrounding the cottage was absolutely mind-blowing! We were treated to breathtaking vistas and the nearby village was an icing on the cake. Plus, the free wi-fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, and pet-friendly policy made our stay even more fantastic. It was an experience we'll cherish forever!

The location of the cottage is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenic countryside and with gorgeous vistas. the quaint village of Delph is just a short walk away, adding to the charm of this countryside stay. the cottage itself is cozy and comfortable, providing a joyfully stay with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. the owners are friendly and accommodating, making sure guests feel welcome.

The garage being located under the cottage was not shown in the pictures and could be a bit inconvenient.

During my recent travels, I had the opportunity to stay at Millstone Cottage in Oldham for a night. As a frequent traveler, I often look for convenient accommodations when I'm in transit, and Millstone Cottage perfectly served that purpose. Situated just 21 km away from Piccadilly Railway Station, and a mere 40 km from the nearest airport, its location made it incredibly convenient for my travel needs.

While my stay at Millstone Cottage was generally pleasant, there was one minor issue that slightly affected my experience. The fridge in the cottage was a bit noisy, which occasionally disturbed my peace and quiet.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great to have an enclosed garden for our dog.

Free private parking and a terrace were the icing on the cake at this charming countryside retreat. The cottage itself was cozy and had everything I needed. It was like having my very own mini Etihad Stadium, just without the rowdy fans and giant football pitch!

No daily housekeeping.

The bedroom in Millstone Cottage was cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. It had the perfect ambiance for a peaceful night's sleep.

The flat-screen TV in the apartment was a bit small for our liking, but others might find it just right.

I always felt like they were there to help, but never felt like I was in their way. It was delightful to see them tending to their horses on the property. the cottage itself was stunning, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It had everything I needed for a joyful stay. the surrounding area was the highlight of my trip, with its beautiful scenic countryside and breathtaking vistas. the fact that Delph was just a short walk away was the icing on the cake.
